Can't claim my TP again and again and again!

Bug Description :
Can’t claim my 900 TP bundle, this is the 2nd time it got stuck and NO the maintenance didn’t fix anything.

I also already have created 2 tickets, 1 of them got closed for no reason, the other received a generic answer.

I’m not going to buy any more TP if this is how you treat someone who spends tons of money on your game.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Buy TP
  2. Click the TP button ingame
  3. Click USE
  4. Click YES
  5. Cry because your TP won’t get credited

Yes Ethan, sadly it doesn’t work, i’m ingame right now, i restarted steam and also my PC just to make sure.

This is really upsetting, but it’s good to see a Staffmember active at the forums.

Hrmm… Sometimes it takes a while for the request to go through…
Could you perhaps wait a bit before trying again and let me know if it still isn’t working?

Sure i will try again from time to time, the funny thing now is, the TP doesn’t show ingame anymore (at the TP Button window).

Also the TP hasn’t been credited, do i have to worry now?

And besides, for long will you be available today?

PS: I restarted the game, still no TP shown in the window and no credit so far…

I’ll be around for a bit longer, but let me know if the issue hasn’t been resolved after a few hours and I’ll see what I can do tomorrow.

Well i still don’t have the TP, it’s been 2 hours now since the 990 TP item from the TP button next to your minimap disappeared.

Please look into it ASAP, i don’t have the TP, i can’t even click the “USE” button anymore, since the pack is gone from the window.

Don’t make me wait 24 hours+ again please…
