Can't auto match only one char long time

Bug Description : cant auto match dg // mission // and i think cant every thing it have auto match
when i click auto match have a massage on my screen “Please try again”
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. i try to change char, but cant
2. try to change channel, but cant
3. i test to auto match with another char in my other server it can auto // only Koinxzell cant auto match

Can’t Auto match DG/SA/SM

Things to try, in order. Change channel. Have you tried turning it off and on again? Restart your client. If you have account with character in other server, say, Varena; log in into that account, enter the map with your character.
