was playing with my bf, when we reached level 9, and we cant allocate stat and skill points anymore, we cant even use exp cards and we cant talk to npcs to get quests.
This is most likely a lag problem. If you try to talk to an NPC, and then stand right beside that NPC for several minutes and it finally talks to you - than it is most definitely due to lag.
This problem has occurred for up to several weeks after both the Beta and Founders releases, and it wasn’t fixed until the player population died down.
