Can't advance rank after using a rank reset voucher

After using the rank reset voucher, I cannot choose my next circle, I’m currently on rank 1, but there is no button to advance to rank 2, therefore my character is stuck being a cleric 1 until I can get this fixed.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Use the rank reset voucher
2. Use the class XP card to go to class lv 15
3. Click advancement
4. There is no button to choose your next class
