Cant add/create Char in Season Server

Bug Description :
i have 966 TP and My slot is already 5 (including basic 4 + bonus 1 slot vocher season server). I want to add more slots char using TP slot char.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. press button new character
2. pop up windows dialog “you have reached the maximum amount of character in this lodge do you want to purchase a character slot?”
3. press button Yes
4. nothing happens
