Cant access a class i've already had

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
basically i used a rank reset and then an appraiser scroll at rank 5. my only issue is that i cant use the bullet marker class which i already unlocked last year… december? im a returning player so i dont know why i cant access a class which i already had… so now im stuck with a messed up character… a bullet marker costume i can no longer use. why?
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log on and get returning player items that included rank reset
  2. use rank reset
  3. progress through ranks and uses appraiser unlock scroll
  4. cant access bullet marker ???

Press F1, if you don’t see ‘Unlocked: Bullet Marker’, that means you have never done the pre-quest on this character in order to actually unlock it, but just changed to BM when there was no restriction (several weeks bonus after class introduction). In order to unlock bullet marker you have to do the pre-quest now.

Well i didnt know this, im just returning to the game. i cant do anything with a janked character and no rank reset lol.

Just unlock the class then, the bullet marker quest is really easy now, I think it didn’t take me more than an hour.
