Can’t accept/decline friend request

Steps:

1. Get some stranger to request of you to be buddies
2. Decline it for some reason. Accept if the person is a qt.
3. ???
4. Profit!

Visuals:
You see this and get irritated with the red number notification
You stare at the X button
You click at the X button
