I purchased the founder’s sever: exclusive access 2, and i cant use the market it tell me i have to wait for the game to release in may, i also have the same problem when i try to trade.
Did you check your mail and claim your package on your character?

You should be able to trade after a 72 hour period. You can check here for more details on why there is a restriction.
