Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
I cannot use any skill everywhere (town, field, etc), using skill slot or right click on it doesnt work. But i can use items like potion or exp card on skill slot.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Login after maintenance on 24/01/2017
- Run 2 times on the survival instinct event dungeon
- Cant use any skill everywhere
