Bug Description :
I was playing perfectly before yesterday, yesterday the problem began.
When I start the game, it pops an error message, like in the image below:
That is all I tried to do for solving this problem:
- Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache (Did not solved the problem)
- Running as administrator (Did not solved the problem)
- Looking at the forums and editing the file ‘release.revision’ (Did not solved the problem)
- Excluding the game and downloading again. (Did not solved the problem)
- Edited my DSN servers to: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Did not solved the problem)
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Open Steam.
- Play.
I have created a ticket and the answer is:

Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
Click on Properties
Click Local Files tab
Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache
