Cannot start the game. Faile to download file

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Bug Description :
I was playing perfectly before yesterday, yesterday the problem began.
When I start the game, it pops an error message, like in the image below:

That is all I tried to do for solving this problem:

  1. Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache (Did not solved the problem)
  2. Running as administrator (Did not solved the problem)
  3. Looking at the forums and editing the file ‘release.revision’ (Did not solved the problem)
  4. Excluding the game and downloading again. (Did not solved the problem)
  5. Edited my DSN servers to: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (Did not solved the problem)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open Steam.
  2. Play.

I have created a ticket and the answer is:

We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the matter. In the meantime, we would like to give you some workarounds that can possibly fix the issue.

Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
Click on Properties
Click Local Files tab
Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache

@GM_Francis, there is some way to answer (add more details) my own ticket or I need to create a new one ?
