Bug Description :
Bought 500 TP Bundle, went into game and open TP menu next to the mini map at the top right. Click Use and Yes. Bundle disappears as if it was used but never receive my TP.
Now yes, I already open a support ticket, in fact 2 of them. I posted in the Help Center but I’m also posting it here because maybe I posted in the wrong forum. Status on ticket are “In Progress”.
Now I haven’t played the game ever since this happened and I probably won’t play until this is resolved. Having a full time job, I can only play during the weekend but instead I’m here or checking in game to see if it was fixed, wasting my damn time in the process.
You force people to buy TP to be token users to use basic game mechanic such as trading with others or using team storage and when we do buy TP we don’t even get what we pay for (looking through the forums this seems to happen a lot). Either throw out this crap system you guys have or FIX THE DAMN SYSTEM. This problem shouldn’t even happen in the first place.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Buy TP.
- Go in game and try to get what you bought.
- Get nothing.
- Now open a support ticket, go on forum to resolve this issue and get a generic reply about opening a support ticket to show that you’re being helped.
