did you try change your PC clock?
that cause sometimes problems for me with market (when not in same timezone as server)

Kindly send us a support ticket for assistance regarding the matter.
If your item is close to closing time, u can’t retrieve it from listing. You need to wait it expired then you will able to retrieve it.
Item is in “retrieve” tab with a “cancelled” status, just go there.
Thank you for all the replies. The issue is now resolved and the items that have expired from my listings about a week ago or so have finally appeared in the retrieve tab. Am very happy with how fast this was handled by the TOS team. Have a great rest of the day!
