I wanted to use my rank reset voucher but I could not get my rank reset. The system claimed that I have an item equipped in the weapon swap slot, but there is no weapon in my wizard. How can I solve this? Thanks!

I have the same problem. Can’t just get the swap attribute because my voucher only last for 10 days and nowhere near my next class advancement.
you can get swap from class master as soon as you hit rank 2, just go to your hoplite or cata master and it should have the attribute…
