So I reinstalled my DLCs, and I’m now getting this error:
Failed to download list file. Please try again as administrator
updater/Updater_downloader.exe (975)
I’m running everything as admin, including Steam.
Edit:
I restarted PC and updated all my drivers, and unchecked all the DLC again, and now it’s failing on 11035_001001.pak.

Edit Edit Edit: Changed revision file again, and error is 11845 pak yet again. Halp!
No matter what I change revision to, it always tries to download a .pak and fails because their cloud seems to be down.
SOMEONE GIVE ME THE MANUAL PATCH!
