Cannot Open Tree of Savior

Hi,

My wife cannot connect into the game since the 24 hour update.

This is what she is getting.

You can see there that there is no Tree of Savior running and she is not online in the game under my friend list but it keeps saying that.

We tried to reset the PC, we also tried to uninstall and reinstall the game but same thing happens.
