This bug happened on my notebook. I had to reinstall my windows to play this game again. Now it happened to my desktop. When I try to start patch, the taskkiller cancels the patch’s connction and an error appears “Update Fail, Please Restart”. I tryed to search for a solution, and I find a few people having the same problem, but there’s no solution… So… May somebody help me??

Please try the steps below to see whether the problem gets fixed.
Right click on Tree of Savior (English Ver.)
Click on Properties
Click Local Files tab
Click Verify Integrity of Game Cache
If the problem still persists, please send us support ticket regarding to this issue and if possible to send us a screen of error you encountered if any.
I managed to discovery the problem. My computer was infected by a malware. This malware was blocking Tree of Savior connection using taskkill.exe, 'cause it was “confounding” ToS with an anti-virus. I just used ComboFix and my problem was solved.
