Cannot obtain Red Seed from Event Board

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
I logged in, went to Klaipeda via a goddess statue, then tried to collect a seed from the event board. There was no message indicating that I received one, and there is no seed in my inventory. There was no error displayed on the screen.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. go to Klaipeda
  2. select “Obtain Seed” from event board
  3. no message indicating that the event seed was received, and also no error
  4. no event seed in inventory

Reminder: Harvest Fest Event Seeds Deleted on Dec 6

  • Remember that all Red Seeds will be deleted on December 6, 2016, when the event closes. Make sure to use all your remaining seeds before then.

I think the event ended this maint and that’s why you cant get more

Yea I don’t appreciate any of this really. From either of you.

Event says it lasts till the 6th of December and all my friends can plant red seeds but im not able to for some reason. I don’t have red seeds in my inventory and I don’t have any seeds planted. When I go to the event board on my three Level 130+ Characters, I cant receive a red seed. @STAFF_Ethan If you could assist that would be greatly appreciated.

you wound me with such comment… ignore haukinyau0, I was just looking all the possibilities and angles, one can never be too sure of something…

so far we have eliminated level restriction and seed limit from the suspect list…

all that remain is bug and… that’s it, must be a bug if you are the only one at high level that cant get it…

the last thing I remember doing was planting a seed on my schwarzer, then when I logged back in to getthe plant it wasn’t there and I couldn’t get anymore seeds.

I apologize if I came off a bit rough, I have had terrible luck with superior gem abrasive and I need to level a ton of gems.

Hey @haukinyau0 I appreciate the help and like I said before I apologize I was short on time and kinda agitated when I saw the replies so I got triggered hardcore. When I get home from work I will check on the red seed , 6 am I’m already at work, but I bet you anything that’s the problem.

Thanks again for the help I didn’t know the reset was 12 not 6.
