Game is unplayable, cannot login on any character, trying Orsha server game crashes with no error.

Bug Description :
Upon getting to the end of logging in on my character, the same VGA crash reported all over these forums happens. Started happening this morning and now I can’t login at all. Every time any character tries to enter a map, I get the same VGA crash closing the client.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Not sure how to initially reproduce, was walking to the storage to pick up items when it happened.

I already tried;
Restored system to 7 days ago restore point.
Verified integrity of game 3 times
Deleted user.xml file
Updated graphics card to most recent drivers, updated Nvidia Experience, set to optimal settings
Tried Orsha - Game just crashes
Tried multiple channels on every character, same VGA error every time, no matter what channel
4 different characters on any channel, tried changing lodges as well. nothing works
