Please reallocate my character to initial city
Iā€™m was in Tenet Church B1 when change to F1 received disconnect and now i cant enter on any of channel, stuck in lodge. The 2nd char login has no problem.

Iā€™ve been waiting now for a week. Itā€™s hard to keep calm. Iā€™d really like to play. :cry:

I got my ticket answerd. They moved me back to my starting city. I was euphoric!

Did everything I had to do in the city, prayed to the goddess and warped back to Tenet Church B1.

Got a little nostalgic and killed a few dozens of monsters just for the hell of it.

Then I got satisfied and went to the portal to Tenet Church 1F.

Stepped on it.

Got disconnected and went back to the character screen.

Tried to login again.

ā€œCannot connect to the serverā€.

ā€¦ ok.

To authenticate your Steam Account, you just have to click in the Steam icon right beside your username (on the top of the page), you will be redirect to the Steam page and just have to login to confirm, if Iā€™m not mistaken.

PS.: They already warped me back again. Now I just have to wait for the queue to clear. Only 500 more people in front of me. Yay.

Try sending a ticket. Due to the big amount of posts and topics on the same issue, itā€™s difficult to the staff to keep track of who are still stuck and who already got warped back.

At least with a ticket, youā€™ll know they know your problem. Also, be specific about it. I got a vague answer on my first ticket.

And just for good measure, try to not visit the same map you got stuck before.
