I know this is an old post, but it seems some people got their characters back after they asked for help here on April 4th, so I’ll do the same.

@STAFF_John, there are a lot of people in this situation and you seem to be the one who helped solving this issue before. I kindly ask for your assistance; this bug is game breaking and should be addressed as soon as possible.
