Cannot log in to character

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

not sure what time was initial crash
Have tried multiple times in past few hours.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) :
Keyboard

Bug Description :
Hit the space bar upon entering a blue portal for a quest I have. The moment I did, the game went to server select. Now, I can not log into that character, I can choose different characters and load properly, but when I choose that specific character and hit enter world, the game just goes to server select. No load screen pops up on that character, just straight to pre-character select/server select.

Character: Fulvor
Team: Vvyori
Server: Orsha
Map according to character select: Royal Mausoleum 1F

I was entering that map when it crashed, did not actually see a load screen or map change during initial crash to server-select.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Walk into blue portal
  2. Hit space bar
  3. Crash to server select menu

System

  • OS : Windows 10

try selecting a different channel that is busy/high population density.

I have the same problem, I’m on Orsha, character name is Pure Singularity, team name is Iron_Heart

Please move me somewhere

This just happened to me. was using a portal scroll from delmore manor to royal mausoleum and the game went to server select. i can pick another character easily but everytime i try to load with the character it dc’s me to server select again.
Character: Valhandir
Team: Kaldrael
Server: Orsha
Map: Royal mausoleum 1F (to statue using warping scroll from Delmore Manor)

i could log back in on the bugged character, on royal mausoleum 1F, tried a few times changing channels. try to see if it works that way

Character login worked if I chose channel 1-3, but 4 and 5 were causing crash.

Agreed with first reply, I will try channels with a population next time. XD
