Cannot log in, even after ticket was marked as anwered

Description : Hello there. Last time I played ToS was back in 2016 close to launch. I just downloaded the game again and could not log in due to an access restriction of some sort. The message is as follows in the image, both on the NA and SA servers (the ones I played on)

I still can’t play, same error still appear

If you still can’t login, you’ll just have to do another ticket. Your account is currently suspended and that needs to be resolved before you can login.

We can’t help you here in the forum.

I’m his friend and we’re trying to solve this issue, but the support is not helping much. After mutiple tickets, he can now login in Klaipeda but we want to play in Silute, which is still inaccessible for him.

The response for the first ticket asking for the desired team name is always fast, but when the team name is specified, we don’t have any other reply for days (or more than one month like in the first try).

If any staff member sees this post, please take a look at the tickets. We are trying to play, but if it’s not solved we’ll end up going to another game. He already have a steam account with multiple games, so creating a new steam account is not an option.

Edit: after a few more days his account is finally working. Thanks for the support and sorry for the multiple tickets, but we really wanted to play. :smiley:
