Cannot log back on orsha server after failed to go back to character selection in game

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Cannot use character selection or logout in game, it will be like I never click it. After that, I have to re-open steam or I will be unable to connect to Orsha server.
p.s. close game and re-open game does not solve the issue, must be re-open steam client.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log on one character
  2. Try to log out with character selection/logout
  3. if fail to log off, use quit game instead.
  4. try to log back on orsha

Same here, I had to close my client to switch characters but now I can’t log back in. lol

This does seem to be the case, I tried logging in the other servers and it actually takes me to the Team naming screen. <_>

Or is it supposed to be like that?

connecting to the server fail a lot, some people in our guild are in, but few are stuck trying to connect.

Character select bugs and forces you to close the client.

Dungeon search tool bugs as well forcing you to close the client.

Then you get hit by the connection bug.

A vicious cycle indeed

Same thing here, change characters and game froze thus pushing me to logoff and rejoin server, but only to find out that I cant connect. Server is Orsha btw.

RIP Can’t log back on Orsha server too.

also interacting with any NPC has a serious delay before he/she talks back to you. x_x

Same here, but don’t affraid, IMC always give a solNew loading screen.

I have great internet…sure…IMC thinks its my connection. 122 mbps is fast enough I think? or am I just slow?

Seriously I just tried to press “Play” from steam and it won’t connect me. Closed the client and it was telling me “You have to be logged in on steam to be able to play Tree of Savior” and then I don’t even know wtf was the other one.

When I was able to log on tree of savior after a couple of open close processes, I tried to perform my mercenary instance run. As soon as I selected “Search for a Party” it freezes the character in place, u can’t move and u can’t even see the tab where the system is searching for a Que/Party. BAHLISTIC
