Cannot interact with NPCs

Bug Description :
Some players cannot interact with NPCs ocassionally. We were in Orsha talking while afking normally, and as we walked, we couldn’t interact with NPCs anymore.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Tried walking out of town
  2. Tried town scroll out
  3. Tried changing languages

Some friends and I experienced this issue, and we own different computers, live in different regions, etc. We tried the listed things above. We’re not sure if its the game itself or something else.

well… I’ve been experiencing this bug feature like almost a month from now… I cannot interact NPCs, nor walking out of town… so I had no choice but to terminate my client forcefully and log in back again… I tried warping to other cities, and sometimes it works, sometimes not… ;-;

check your fps and always remember to move away from the npc you want to talk to after changing language…

game has to reset the parameters so you are stuck on no pop up land until you move away…

changing maps/language is still unreliable cause the bug can return after the load/change screen…

but is our only option
