Cannot enter the guild tower

Bug Description :
i cannot enter the guild tower from today 1:00am.
even i remove the tower and replace it again.
I only can remove the tower.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. talk to the guild tower
2. only “remove” can be choosen
3. cannot do anything except “remove” with the guild tower
