  • Reason for report : CANNOT DO QUEST DUE TO NECRO’s SUMMON AND HE IS AFK. The quest ask me to bring mobs near the sanctum and defeat them. I cannot DO that.

That afk char has been there for a while, but you still can do the quest. This is how I did it:
Put your char near the tree and the notice board, taunt them or hit them and run towards the tombstone, having the monsters following your char. Then kill it before the minions do it, but it is better if you make them follow your char behind the tree without having the summons ‘sensing’ the monster (distance based)
A safe distance to have the kill counted is near the notice board.

I know it won´t solve the afk´er issue, but you can complete the quest following this approach.
