Cannot connect with server in Vivo connection - [SA] Silute

Greetings,

I have two internet connections here in São Paulo, Brazil, one provided by NET (http://www.netcombo.com.br/) and other providade by Vivo (http://www.vivo.com.br/portalweb/appmanager/env/web).

The Vivo connection is a fiber connection (provides fiber in the external structure (streets) and normal connection when* arrives to residence,
The NET connection is a normal ADSL connection.

Just to point out, the Vivo Fiber connection do not connect with SA Silute server, the other avaliable server are working.

The NET connection is working with all server, including SA Silute.

Hope for a solution, don’t gonna stop using fiber connection for just a game.

Same here.

But today on mid day i could connect usinbg teamviewer just to see if my characters got transfered and it was alright.

what’s IMC supposed to do about it? this is obviously a problem with your Vivo internet provider. you need to talk to them.

@chanchilaru the staff usually doesn’t have the time to just browse random threads in “general”, and once again, it’s a problem with the ISP, not with IMC.

same here i have vivo fiber and cannot conect to the SA server but early today (8am-10am) i connect and played normaly and when i tryed to play after 1pm i cannot conect anymore

imc should confirm this, and we dont bother them anymore!!! i have sure IMC can fix the problem! IMC never give feedback when a issue appear!

Dont, don’t have a problem with my internet connection.

If the same connection is working for a server in other period of time, and the connection dont change (i can confirm that for sure, its a fixed ip with same DNS that I used to connect for ALL servers except that one.)

Its easy to say thats is my connection problem, but arguing with numbers (is not just me, just see the topics) is kind of dumb.

At least, they could prove its a ISP problem.

It’s not that random if it has 165 replies and topic is something as important as this (I know there are more replies in other topics, but still, they have people whose have to check this stuff as part of their work). If you check the staffs profile, you will see that none of them has connected in the last 10 hours, so I’m not just saying that out of nothing.

As long as this server is under IMC name, we’re dealing with them, we have nothing to do with the server ISP. There is a huge spectre of players unable to play, IMC is the one that has to respond to us, so, it’s their work to be polite and be caring enough with their customers to make a statement regarding the issue, at least to make their customers know that they are aware of the situation.

Só pra constar, sou de Porto Alegre e também uso Vivo. Conecto sem problemas. Acredito que seja algo relacionado com a Vivo

Tzxazrael stop being a deeck. I have the very same issue and I dont use vivo connection. … I’m using Oi Velox connection and I could only log in my account 3 hours after silute server opened and now I can enter all servers but silute. Mind your argument next time.

Same. Can’t connect through my VIVO Fiber 100 MEGA on [SA] Silute. But I can connect to Orsha/Klaipeda just fine (Been playing there since day 1 of release).
