Installed the game on another PC.
The client launched all right but in the server select screen it can’t connect to the server:

I can connect without any problem from my other PC.
Could anyone give some advice?

It’s via the ticket system that you can find here: https://treeofsavior.com/page/support/
You log, and then you select “Submit Ticket” at the very bottom.
