yeah same with me too… many times i do login in all server still got error…i hope devs fix this error asap… i love the CBT1 was no error happen like this bfore. sigh
I didn’t get any problems getting in at first either - the main problems lies with characters stuck still ingame while we are offline.
I had the same issue. But launching Steam as an admin worked for me. Try that. I even posted it on fb.
Starting steam in admin mode doesn’t help either. My game itself was running on admin mode before.
I would’ve been very surprised if that helped any, since the problem lies with the character still being logged in for this error.
I havent even made my character yet and im getting this error D: , I wanna join my friends

I still have not logged in and I’m having the same error, so it’s not “because” the character is still logged in. The issue with character still being logged could be related to this, but should not be the cause.
There should be a auto log out feature when you get disconnected like that if that “is” the case.
Not the character, but your account. Pretty sure you tried to log in earlier than that and it’s stuck on the char select screen right now.
Been waiting for 3 hours. Some of my friends got disconnected and they couldn’t get back in. Lol. Oh well, I guess I’ll wait until they sort this out. Back to Tera for me.

The account makes sense. Could be that the login server is not handling disconnect properly, but that would not explain why I got the error on my first try. There may be a lot of points related to this, like server full, disconnect handling, some client side issues with how to connect when the server is full… All we can do is keep trying and wait for the patch.
I hope they fix it soon, I have plenty of time to spare today and really wanna korean-mode this game
Is better they make channel selection for each server. so we can know which are server or channel is full, so we can avoid this error happen if server full of player issue.
Worst thing about it is that you can see the channel status. channel 1 at Gabija isn’t even full.
How do I see the channel status?
