Can’t connect to server

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Login
  2. Choose Sea Server Telsiai
  3. Error

MY country cant connect?i do restarting router many times still not working…i have a friend from ph and he can connect to the game now hes ingame :unamused:

I also can’t connect. Everything suddenly stopped while in mission. Then I exit the client, and now I can no longer reconnect. Seeing the same message as op. My friends tell me my char is still online via the party list. And then one of them tried to logout, and was able to come back again.

Were you just online in the game as well before this happened?

same here, can’t connect into SEA server. However, i can connect into Orsha (just trying).

Me too, I just purchase today but I can’t connect. This is terrible.

PS. I think admin should pay for this!! It waste my time and my money.

i was in dungeon then i got dc , and cannot reconnect ,seriously what are imc doinggg , its been more than a week telsai server are very heavy , no upgrade ? What are imc exactly doing , and tomorrow is f2p , get ready , the server gonna explode

(SEA) can’t connect too… and (SA) server too, tested other server “OK”
