I am a returning player and when I installed the game today I cannot connect to ANY of the servers. I verified the game cache, I reinstalled, and I deleted the version folder to have it redownload. I am basically out of options and I hope someone has a solution here.

I have submitted a ticket about it and they told me to verify my game cache. I have since done that but I replied with no response and it’s been about four hours. Is there any chance that my ticket may be looked at again?

Sigh no offense to the Gm’s he has checked everything his ISP provider his game files and his connections… And no one there can give a good response to this Question… just telling him to go to Support and fill out a ticket which he has done is just giving him the run around… He so pissed off that you guys cant figure this out he’s literally just said screw it im done… forget this game… if this is how you treat your player database find a new day job honestly… I dont mean to be blunt and rude but its just a load of crap that you cant Solve his issues on y he cannot connect to any servers what so ever…
