Is the server undergone maintenance earlier than expected? I cannot connect at this moment. Anyone having same problem?

oh thanks, i totally neglected that update, i checked into it earlier but wasn’t really able to read that part of having earlier maintenance. thank you for letting me find the answer there. 
Error 16. So, what is the solution to this error? is the error in the server, and in that case should I wait for the IMC solution? Or, should I reinstall the game?
