Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Press F10 ( Content Status Board)
  2. Queue for any content (CM/Singularity/Res Sacrae/Giltine Raid/400Dungeon)

Francis, everyone has got these issues, there is no point of asking to send support tickets with details that cannot even be of any use.
The only thing we can say as players about this issue is that:

  1. The chat and whatever relies on it crashes for everyone at the same time.
  2. This happens since the release of the EP 13 patch.
  3. There is nothing players can do about it apart waiting for a fix. And we’ve been waiting for almost two weeks.

you want everyone to send ticket because this is everyone problem? what for?
so you got busy sending autoreply to each of us to verify integrity files and checking our network??

if the whole world is on fire do you need everyone to call firefighter??
its not that hard to open your window and see the world is burn.
start doing action! or if you do give us loyal masochist some report
especially those who still loyal enough to buy your cubes
past maintenance doesnt even mention update about this chat/queue error
what kind of level of management is this

This error happens to literally every single player in every minute at all servers. What ticket do you need?

I don’t understand why there is no announcement of known issue blog acknowledging this problem. Are you guys even trying to fix this at all?
