Cannot Auto-Match dungeons

Character Name: Valkyrie, Whisper (and all other characters I have)

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Pressing “Auto-Match” to enter a dungeon or saalus convent mission gives me [System]Please try again later.
I uninstalled the game - reinstalled the game, have no addons, I tried the previous method from past forum posts (2016) to create a character on another server and then login on my server again - nothing fixes it, it keeps happening.

I could auto-match Saalus just fine with one character earlier but then I cannot on other character.

I went on another Steam Account on the SAME computer and I can auto-match dungeons just fine

Go back on my main ToS Steam and CANNOT Auto-Match “Please try again later.” spam.

Come on IMC.

3rd Day - cannot auto-match on Team Name: Llael, can Auto Match on other team on the same internet connection on the same computer with the same ToS installation

Hey. Was this already solved? I wouldn’t mind if I’d not spend money on this game, but I actually do spend money and time here. Please give us an answer on when you estimate these issues will be resolved.

Hi,

Got this issues yesterday, Can’t automatch dungeons/missions.

Only says “Please try again later”

Server Name: Telsiai

Team Name: Llena

Character Name: All characters

I’ve completely reinstalled the game, but still no help.

any updates on this?

nvm… I fixed it.

I created a Team in Varena… level’ed till 50 then queued/automatched there. Then went back to Telsiai and it worked. A guildie mentioned this to me just after posting.

Same thing is happening to me right now. It was working fine last night.
Will try to do that creating a Team in Varena method
