Cannot add player to guild

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

When I try to add a player to guild, my game instantly crashes with the following message:

ApplicationUserGuildJoin at [C](-1)

(null) at [string "
..."](143)

Can you fix this please?

Also where did the “submit ticket” feature go? When I click on “support”, the only thing I have is some buttons that bring FAQ answers…

the rest of guild features are probably buggy due to recent guild storage issue
the 7 hours temporary maintenance apparently not enough for them to fix the guild storage
instead, they lock the feature, making it unavailable
