So first I thought; “Ugh, they forgot to update the tooltips for the cannoneer skills. They’re still flat numbers!”
But to my horror, I just found out that the skills themselves have not been updated to the new formulas. Their damage is ultra-low in comparison to pre-rank7 skills as well. Holy ■■■■ how did you guys miss this?
what you talkin about? my old blast damage is 70-80k new 100-120k(crits ofc)
Appraiser skill deals more damage than cannoner skills -.-’’ I hope this is fixed ASAP
Can either of you confirm whether cannon skills were updated or not? They have flat values instead of % modifiers like all the other updated skills. Also they are weak af compared to utility skills like blindside from appraiser 
I actually do more damage with a singular running shot attack then I do with my cannon skills.
They’re % values buddy, some of the skills are just missing the % symbol
