Can I transfer certain items from the pack such as skill reset to another character on the same server?
You should be able to share the items on your team stash. At least that is possible for the headgears obtained from founder pack, according to a recent staff post. Not sure about reset potions.
Edit: It seems that the potions are untradable and can’t be stored in the stash.
