I heard that you can use any skill while giant if you use Levitation during Rune of Giants. Would that make Blood Curse significantly stronger?
BC is capped at 200k damage, which is achievable with wiz3-link(for 50% poison damage buff) and full con. So, there is not much point.
There is a point: you don’t have to build full con.
