315 is easier than ET 11 - 15F
I forgot to tell: 315 bosses have very high mdef, 80 mobs are flying mobs, and yet we still make it. So EleWL can do solmiki or not is up to you to decide.
And really, you should try first, before asking something like “can you do bla bla bla with this and that”

I am doing et 11-15F and we did the 20F just for fun with my ele3 but I can’t do the 315 that’s why i’m asking, maybe we are doing something wrong
Since you cleared 15F ET, 315 is not much a problem

I have an Ele3Warl2 and me and my guildies cleared 315 Fantasy Library with no problem.
Party composition was EleLock, Fencer2, Chrono, Healer, SR3.
Just bring JP Scrolls so you can be useful at the DPS check part. JP then DT.
I can deal decent damage to most of the mobs even without a 315 Staff. My MATK was around 2.3k without Chappa. And speaking of Chappa, it would help if you have like 5 10-star Chappa cards and proc it for max damage from that JP-DT combo.

Today the mergen suddenly wanted to make a team with his guild, so i invited a new not-good-mergen, and a new healer
And we are being experienced the terrible lag, so we failed today, and it’s a shame to show a failure vid

direct answer to the OP asking for,
For Library as main DPS big NO. Mages doesn’t have a place there. the fact that 2min 80kill mobs are flying renders you useless, so what are you gonna do? magic missile eh to death? bigshit. that means you need to depend on other class, but again, ELELOCK as Main DPS (as far as i understand how he asks, he meant by being stable DPS). big NO.
as DPS for Solmiki? Big YES !! the hype for doppel vids on solmiki tower is cool and fun to watch. but as more player enters the content. and from what the latest vid shows. Elelock is still a demand in clearing Future content.
the fact that a SR with 29K unlimited retreat shot gets OUTDPS’ED by elelock is proof alone on it (25F boss)
In FL, phys aoe dps are main dps
the bosses have pretty high mdef, but the team will cover your weak points, that is what a team mean
In my POV, elelock is pretty erm… useless like elzeraus said but doesnt meant he cant do a thing (cheer up, you can slow down the 2nd boss with fc, your damage cant compare to phys dps, but still higher than healer and linker)

Elewl in FL is kinda useless.
Elewl in Solmiki will be very strong if you have a very good weapon.
Our team is me as linkerchemist (alchemist is imc’s bastard, if you dont know), my friend elelock, my friend healer pri2 (atm busy, so we need to do with a random healer)
Naturally i just draft a team with 3 of us and 2 more from shouting, we got a good doppgoon2 as a loyal member, the problem is just the 5th aoe dps
With linker3chrono3, i dont think there is anything can make you worry. Your team is much better than mine (elelock = elelock, linker3chrono3>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>linker3alche3, fencer3>>>>>dopgoon2 in bossing, a fixed healer>>>a random healer)
If you cant pass 80mobs stage, you should consider replacing goon2 with mergen or dopp3, especially dopp3, they are very good now in both killing 80 mobs and bosses
I forgot to tell, for the ones outside of your group, check their items first, you may know if they play the char seriously as main or just a i-just-make-this-char-because-it-is-overpowered-as-rumored.
Also advoid the too good ones in the top guilds, they will eventually leave your team to build their guild team (my experience, the just left mergen is not the 1st)

The dopp3 is completely new to FL315, and his items are not quite good, magi+10 stage3 (acceptable) and…2 rhe bracelets!!!
