Can you build forge or shield chargers even if you are not a guild master?

Actually you don’t. The only skill with a guild master requirement is Reduce Crafting Time.
Heck even non-guild master can move the tower around.
I understand your idea. You are a 2º templar inside your Guild, and not the owner of the guild, and then you want to build these things because you have a skill for that. Is that it??
Well, Its a good question, and would be a different approach to GxG where you could compensate the Countdown time of the skills of the other Templar.
In theory, you can because this is just skills, but I believe you need to have the items into your Inventory, and here is where you can get doubts: so… can your guild master transfer the necessary items to your inventory???
