Get at least 1 point in Lethargy for the additional strike damage attribute and double hit on Earthquake. You’re also better off leaving Ice Bolt at level 1 since its damage sucks and you’ll mostly use it for the Freeze chance and not the damage. Just max Ice Pike it’s better than Ice Bolt.
EDIT: Frost Pillar at 0? It’s one of the best CC skills out there. Max it.

this is a quick suggestion, haven’t looked at the skill distribution, but you should get 1 psychokino at r3, wiz->cryo->kino->cryo->cryo->kino-warlock for the icewall+p.pressure combo at early game
i would also suggest getting a different class for r6, magnetic force would be overshadowed by frost pillar
The skill build looks a lot better now. You may want to follow @thebatotot’s advice too so you can kill bosses easy with the IW+PP combo as long as you set the ice walls right. I highly advice that you take at least 1 Swap too. It’s useful in PVP and PVE where you make an ice prison out of ice walls and swap the boss inside for a quick IW+PP kill.
