Bug Description :
I have created guild since 5-6 days ago and it never happen under my character’s name. Next day I played another character and the guild appeared when I’m in Srautas George CH8. When i changed ch or map it dissapeared again and when it appeared I cant use any option about guild.
Then i noticed that guild always appear in some maps for my character but I cant even use a single option in guild system like inviting ppl to my guild. One day I went to Escaniu Village CH1 then i build the guild tw. I enter Hangout then my guild dissapeared so i cant leave hangout. I have to relog my character. Today i try to disband guild with command it still cant use.
I want to ASK THAT WHAT HAPPEN TO MY CHARACTER.
This is a bug. Right ?
Or i have something to do after create guild but I have search and ask many player no one is like me so i think this is bug that effect my character and my attitude to play this game so much. I have sent the support may be 7 days or 6 days ago but nothing happen or you are not even read my support ticket.
How can you Staff let this happen this bug effect direct to the game and no one care about it.

At least please take care bug that has direct effect to the game dont be like this. I feel you staff ignore player problem
