Can we at least just have them work at like 1/4th effectiveness when you dont have the items?

There’s been talk about guild rework whereas you wouldn’t need a templar to create a guild but would need to be a templar to further benefit from the guild. I guess they are also planning to change the templar skills and other stuff.
