When I try to submit the ticket the page displays me the following message: Your team cannot be transferred if, One or more of its characters is a party master. I only have one character and is not in a party, already checked it pressing F6. Is there an unkwown command to disable all the party setups? Honestly I am pretty stunned here.
Log onto any character on your destination server and disband party there. Worked for us.
