Can’t redeem my TP from TP button

Bug Description :
I can’t redeem 300TP I’ve bought one week ago. The “Use” button doesnt seems to work. I’ve already sent a support ticket, but the problem is still there.

@STAFF_Ethan ive had this issue since decmber 30th, i put a ticket in, i tried most recently on january 14th, and i still couldn’t redeem my 300tp bundle. Im on Klaipeda server team name Akatara

i had this issue too since 4 jan i play Telsiai server Teamname : McSaint :frowning:
TP bought: 100

just checked after the servers were back up today, i still cannot redeem the bundle. Again Server Klaipeda, Team name Akatara

@kuygen We’ve done some additional tinkering, so could you please retry in a bit and let me know if there are still issues?
