Can’t redeem my TP! Beginner Pack

As of May 31st, the packs are no longer available and the feature to redeem them ingame was removed on June 2nd. If you still didn’t claim your pack, you’ll have to contact support so they manually give it to you.

Alternatively, you can click the “SUPPORT” tab that is in the top of the web-page.

How do I contact them? Aside from ticket system.
I bought 3 dlc founder pack but unbelievably I don’t have the hardware to play tos yet. So I can’t use the ticket system since it’s asking for details like
Server
Team name
Character name

You kind of need that information for them to send the packs to you. They can’t send it to your account if you don’t exist in the game.

You could potentially wait until you have the hardware to play and have your character team set-up and then send a request to have the items delivered.

If this still is preventing you from sending a ticket, I’d recommend you send your questions via personal message to one of the staff members on the forum :

If the purchase is missing in-game, you will need to contact the game’s support department directly. They can verify the status of your purchase.

Be sure to include the Steam confirmation number as proof of purchase:
-Navigate to Steam Help (help.steampowered.com) and log in with your Steam account.
-After you have logged in, click on A Purchase.
-Find the in-game purchase and click on ‘view receipt’. The confirmation number is listed at the top of the page.
