Bug Description :
My character is learning “(None Lvl. 1)” and saying there is 99 minutes left but doesn’t seem to end. I don’t know what this is “(None Lvl. 1)” is and it is preventing me from upgrading my skills.
Steps to reproduce the issue :

This happened after the maintenance. I’m not really sure what triggered the “BUG” but i’m really triggered right now and i can show you steps on how to trigger me if you want.

6 days and not a single clue on what could be the cause to this bug. Yesterday I was able to upgrade 2 lvls of one attibute, buuuuut again it bugged for no reason. Thought it was for quiting the game before the time expire, but i left the game open for the entire time and it bugged anyway.
