I have looked through database and forums and there are no confirmation on this so I need to ask. I also searched a video of Squire gameplay and most of them are in Korean or not showing the part related to this question.
Can the skill Repair, Weapon Enhancement, and Armor Enhancement, be used on the Squire himself? Or does it allow us to only use the skill on the others?
And are the materials used for repairing and enhancing hard to gather?

No idea but you can buy from job master npc when you job change to squire.

the materials aren’t that expensive about 80silver for repair kits ( double cost for the weapon enchantment) , but you need multiple to repair items. i usually carry about 300 kits if i’m going anywhere and plan to stay a while
