Can someone help me fix this $NoData$

i was playing ealier then stopped for 2 hours because i played dota2 and when i play tos again . this is what happened. $NoData$ everywhere

anyone knows how to fix this? i already tried verify game cache 2 times. tried to restart my pc. none of them solve this problem.
i even put Language=“English” un user xml. but $nodata$ is still there . please help

On user.xml we have 2 Languages, put “English"on the first one and blank (”") or “Japanese” on the second one. I got this on my game too and changing that fixed for me.

i tried deleting the first user.xml and it worked
