I’ve gone through several wikis but I still don’t have a firm grasp on how it works :\
So we can be both an Archer and Cleric?
Nope. Use this.
No you cannot be both an archer and cleric.
Swordsman, Archer, Wizard, and Cleric are all the starting classes you choose when you make a character. They are considered Rank 1.
Once you reach Level 15 in your Rank, you can Rank up to a different class or you can continue in the same Rank as a higher Circle (Same Class but have more skills and higher limit on skill points for that class)
You cannot however go back to a previous Rank so if you choose lets say Archer first then move to Ranger, you cannot move back to Archer in your next rank up.
This link might also be more helpful in seeing what classes lead to exactly what other classes/skills. Play around and read some descriptions of skills. Supplemented with advice from these forums, you’ll surely sort out a plan!
